My Bucket List/Goals: Helping People Realize How Strong They Can Be
I own a Group Fitness gym and my goal is to build a community support group that helps people realize just how strong they are and receive support while achieving and maintaining their health and fitness goals.
My Top Bucket List Focus And My Motivation Behind It
Helping people realize just how strong they are. There is too much obesity and diabetes that something has to change. People don’t realize just how easy it is to turn these ailments around when provided with the right support, education, eating and fitness regiment. I want to provide that support in order to help them better their lives.
The First Step I’ll Take To Make This Happen
My first step is caring.
I care so much about health and fitness that if I could stop someone on the street and tell them how much their health and fitness matters to me I would! Children learn by example and if I can help their parents set good examples by eating healthy and exercising regularly, I have aided in that child’s perception that health and fitness is a normal part of their life and THAT makes me feel good!!
My Action Plan Layout For My Top Bucket List Focus
I offer Zumba, Cardio Kickboxing, BootCamp and more just to make sure that there is a class for everyone. I make an effort to bring in representatives to talk to my students about healthy eating to give them ideas on how to maintain healthy eating habits. I also make myself available if a student needs anything: support, encouragement, healthy recipe ideas etc.
About Lucibel Nunez
I am currently 25 years old, psychology major in the makings, and Group Fitness Gym owner. I strongly believe that something needs to change in regards to today’s unhealthy statistics and I truly think we can do something about it if we join as a community and push each other towards the direction of good health and fitness. Ever since I was a kid I knew I wanted to help people and I will, even if it means pushing people to their limit until they finally realize that they are strong enough to turn their lives around.
Help Make Lucibel’s Bucket List Come True
Community Bucket can help me get my name out, but more importantly let people know that there is a place were they are bound to fall in love with exercise and feel motivated to stay healthy knowing that everyone there is there for the same reason. Let me make a difference in my community!!

It’s too bad that many people are struggling with their weight simply due to monetary issues at the moment. I think people are turned off by “healthy eating” because marketing has unfortunately made it seem like there is a large price tag on healthy food – especially in this “go green” age, where advertised organic food and fair trade food are often up there in the price range. I know many people also trying to cut back on monthly fees and would therefore turn away from joining a gym or getting help. These people just need some guidance.
It’s an interesting idea to aim at parents. I would, myself, have thought to aim at children so they could grow up with ideas of better living, but they really are under their parents control for activities and food intake. This is tough stuff! I am impressed by your eagerness to help everyone.
